Now, We, MJ Processing Sdn. Bhd. can attend the MACHINE AUCTION. Usually only Union Members can join the auction. Now we can join the auction as Union member. We, MJ Processing Sdn. Bhd. make a bid for the machines instead of our customers.				Click to large photo

= Guidance =

1. We check the Past Applied Bidding Price and decided the Estimated Bidding Price in this auction. If you need our estimated price, please contact us. But Please be noted that out price does NOT guarantee to make a successful bid.

2. The Condition of the price is at site of Auction Warehouse in Japan. We can do the Packing and Shipping to FOB or CIF by the customer's request.
Bidding Price is NOT including TAX. When payment, 5% of TAX is necessary.

3. The Cancellation after making a successful bid is strictly prohibited.
   We usually keep some deposit as 30% from the customer's bidding price before bidding.

4. The balance must be paid by T/T in 1 week after bidding date, when the bidding will be successful. If no successful , customer's deposit will be returned back . But bank charge must be  paid by customer.

5. According to the machines, it is necessary to apply the export permission to Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in Japan. If we export machines to FOB or CIF, we can apply the export permission. If customer will export machines, customer must apply the export permission. If FINAL customer is located outside of South East Asia, It is very difficult to export some kinds of machines. In this case, please note to us before bidding.

6. When you will make a bid for the machines, Please mail to us with the Machine Number and Bidding Price.
